🍶Storage Tips
- Individually wrap each Rice Krispie treat in plastic wrap and then place them in an airtight container. This step is crucial to prevent moisture from getting in and making the treats stale or soggy.
- If stacking the treats, place a sheet of parchment paper or wax paper between each layer. This will prevent them from sticking together.
- Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- They can be kept this way for up to 3-4 days.
❄️Freezing Tips
- Carefully wrap the Santa Treats with plastic wrap and store it in an airtight container.
- The treats should remain fresh up to three months in the freezer.
🔁 Thawing Tips
- To thaw, simply let them sit at room temperature until they reach the desired softness.
➡️Top Recipe Tip
- To ensure proper assembly of the candy eyes, carefully apply a small amount of frosting to the back of a toothpick.
- Then, attach it to the back of the candy eyes. This method allows for precise application without any excess frosting.
