Step 1: Use a paring knife or cookie cutters to cut a message out from the Monterey Jack cheese.
Step 2: Place the cheeses around the board. Crumble some of the cranberry Stilton off the wedge.
Step 3: Create ribbons of pepperoni by folding slices in half and sticking on a toothpick.
Step 4: Lay the ribbon of pepperoni across the board and place the message on top of the pepperoni. Add the bowls of jam and honey to the board along with a ribbon of crackers.
Step 5: Place the fruit and grape tomatoes in piles around the board.
Step 6: Then add the olives and piles of almonds and pecans.
Step 7: Fill in the remaining spaces with the spicy sausage, broccoli florets, fresh cranberries, and sprigs of fresh rosemary.

New Year’s Eve Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
- ½ pound Brie cheese wedge
- ½ pound White Stilton with cranberries
- ½ pound Huntsman Cheese Double Gloucester and Blue Stilton
- ¼ pound Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 ounces pepperoni
- 3 ounces spicy sausage
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup strawberry jam
- ½ cup pecan halves
- ½ cup roasted almonds
- 20-30 gourmet crackers
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- ½ cup olives with pimento
- ½ cup grape tomatoes
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup grapes
- fresh cranberries
- fresh rosemary
Method
- Prepare the cheeses for placement on your serving board. Place the cheeses on the board in random but separate spots. Use a pairing knife or cookie cutters to cut the letters out of slices of the Monterey Jack cheese. Crumble portions of the cranberry Stilton cheese.
- Fold the slices of pepperoni in half and stick a toothpick in it. Fill each toothpick with 3-4 slices and lay them across the board like a ribbon.
- Place the letters on the pepperoni ribbon to spell happy new year or whatever phrase you’d like.
- Add the dips to start filling in the board. Remember to try and keep like things separate.
- Add the remaining ingredients throughout the board filling in the blank spots and keeping like foods separate as possible.
- Finish by adding any decorative garnishes.
- Serve and enjoy!
