Cinnamon Toast Crunch Peach Cobbler - made with self-rising flour and canned peaches, this is a classic dessert that's ready fast. There's even a surprise "crunch" from Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal that just sets this cobbler recipe above all the other's you've had.
Let me show you how to make this decadent Peach Dessert Recipe.
Before we even get into the recipe details, let me tell you that this is an amazing recipe. I know I get criticized sometimes for using the word "amazing" too often, but I'm not sure of any other way to describe how delicious this cinnamon toast crunch peach cobbler is.
Another word could be easy! I've never made a from-scratch cobbler before and I was shocked how easy it was to put together. I think it might even be easier than my peach cobbler with cake mix recipe!
This cinnamon toast crunch peach cobbler is another favorite dessert to make with canned peaches. You could substitute frozen peaches, but I always seem to have canned on hand.
How to Serve Peach Cobbler
Serve this recipe warm from the oven with homemade vanilla ice cream, homemade whipped cream or even a spoonful of Cool Whip. If you bake this the day before, you can warm it up in the microwave.
This recipe uses the same cereal as my Cinnamon Toast Crunch Peach Dump Cake. Who knew adding cereal to a recipe could result in something so delicious?

Recipe FAQ's
A peach cobbler or any fruit cobbler is done when the fruit is bubbly and the top is golden brown. Another way to tell is to insert a digital meat thermometer in the center. If it reaches 200° F, it's done!
A pie has a bottom and top pastry crust while a cobbler has more of a biscuit dough on top.
