How to cook hamburgers in an Air Fryer?
Hamburgers are a classic summertime dish, and there's nothing quite like cooking them on the grill. However, not everyone has access to a grill, and not all weather is conducive to grilling.
That's where air fryers come in. Air fryers are a convenient way to cook burgers without any Hassle. Just preheat the air fryer to 400°F, then cook the burgers for eight minutes.
Be sure to flip them halfway through so that they cook evenly on both sides. Once they're done, serve them on a bun with your favorite toppings.
Air Fryer Hamburgers Time
In under 10 minutes you can have a delicious hamburger made in the air fryer. Cooking a burger in the oven takes much more time than that, which makes using an air fryer not only more convenient but time-saving as well.
Air fryers offer a unique alternative to traditional oven cooking. Air fryers work by circulating hot air around the food, similar to how a convection oven works. This circulation of hot air helps to cook the food more evenly, preventing it from drying out or becoming overcooked.
Additionally, air fryers tend to produce a crispier outside on burgers (and other foods), thanks to the increased circulation of hot air.

Top Recipe Tips
This recipe uses fresh burger patties, however, you can use frozen patties as well. You'll need to adjust the time by adding 5 - 7 minutes to the total cooking time. Use a digital meat thermometer to ensure that the burgers are cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
When forming your burger patties, make sure the center of the patty is thinner than the outer rim. This will allow for even cooking and maintain size proportions as it cooks.

Vanilla extract? Where does that go?
Lois says
There is no vanilla extract in this recipe. I did a search to see if I listed it by accident and don't see it. Are you perhaps talking about a different recipe? Let me know!
