Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Divide the cookie dough into 12 equal portions. Press each portion into an individual section of the muffin pan , ensuring it covers the bottom and slightly up the sides. Use the back of a spoon, your thumb, or a tart tamper tool (if you have one) to evenly distribute and flatten the dough.
Step 2: Then, gently press a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup into the center of each portion of cookie dough.

Step 3: Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box. Make sure you include all the ingredients listed on the back of the box as well!
Step 4: Gently sprinkle the brownie mix over the peanut butter cups, ensuring it's evenly distributed among all the muffin sections. Fill each section until it's almost full, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for rising during baking.

Step 5: Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the brownies are fully cooked.

Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 18 ounce box brownie mix prepared according to the package directions
- 16 ounce refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups; unwrapped
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cut the cookie dough into 12 even pieces.
- Place the cookie dough into each section oif the muffin pan that's been sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Press it down using a tart tamper tool or the back of a spoon.
- Place a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on top of the cookie dough.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the directions on the back of the box.
- Evenly distribute the brownie mix on top of each peanut butter cup until each muffin section is about 90% full.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until the brownies are fully cooked.
- Allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before removing and placing on a cooling rack.
