What to do with Nutter Butter Cookies
There are so many fun things you can with Nutter Butter Cookies. They are a classic cookie so many of us grew up enjoying straight out of the package. However, they can also be enjoyed in a variety of creative ways.
One popular way to eat them is to dip them in melted chocolate and turn them into reindeer treats like we're doing with this recipe.
You can also dip them in melted chocolate and make Nutter Butter Mummies and ghosts, No-Bake Santa Cookies, and even cute Nutter Butter Baby Face Cookies which would be cute for baby showers.
Another way to enjoy Nutter Butter Cookies is to crumble them up and use them as a topping for ice cream or yogurt. The cookies add a crunchy texture and a hint of sweetness that takes any dessert to the next level.

Storage Tips
- These cookies are best served and stored on a flat surface. The antlers tend to break when put in bags.
- If you want to freeze the cookies, lay them flat on a baking tray and then place the tray in the freezer to flash freeze the cookies.
- Once the cookies are frozen you can place them in a large freezer safe bag.
- They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months, however, the pretzels will most likely be soggy when you defrost the cookies. Therefore, I recommend enjoying them fresh within a few days or up to a week of preparing them.
Top Recipe Tip
- Use a lollipop stick to set the melted chocolate in place before you add the candy eyes or nose.
