Turkey Oreo mold
A favorite Thanksgiving tradition is making Oreo cookies or pops that look like turkeys. They're easy to make and always a hit with the kids.
They're even easier to make when you use a mold made specifically to hold Oreo sandwich cookies. Here's how to use them:
- First, you'll need an Oreo cookie mold. You can find these online or at your local craft store.
- Next, place an Oreo in each cavity of the mold.
- Then, melt some candy melts or chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or in a double boiler.
- Once the chocolate is melted, carefully spoon it over the Oreos until they're completely covered.
- Make sure to fill the cavities all the way to the top.
- Then, refrigerate the mold for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
Once the chocolate is set, pop the Oreos out of the mold and enjoy! If you want, you can decorate them with icing, sprinkles, or other fun toppings.
