Homemade Brownie Recipe Tips
- Mix the ingredients until just combined. Overmixing can lead to dense and tough brownies. A few lumps in the batter are perfectly fine.
- Choose the correct pan size as mentioned in the recipe below. Using a smaller pan will result in thicker brownies, while a larger pan may yield thinner ones. Adjust the baking time accordingly.
- Keep a close eye on the brownies while they're baking. They should be slightly undercooked in the center when you remove them from the oven. They will continue to cook as they cool down, resulting in fudgy and moist brownies.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into them. This will help them set and hold their shape.
