Breakfast Pizza Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 (2.75 ounce) packet Country Gravy Mix
- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Open the biscuit dough package and separate the biscuits. Use a rolling pin to roll the biscuits flat and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the biscuits in the oven to bake for around 12 minutes, until they’re just beginning to brown.
- While the biscuits are baking, prepare the gravy mix according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Cook the sausage in a large skillet until crumbled, then transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain.
- Whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Grease a small skillet and scramble the eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
- When the biscuits are done, remove the pan from the oven and spread a thin layer of gravy over the top of each biscuit.
