Easter Sunday is filled with tradition. As part of our series on Easter Brunch Ideas, I'm sharing with you today a menu with a few Easter Brunch Recipes to give you ideas on what to serve after church with your family and friends.
It doesn't need to be complicated, but it does need to be delicious, right?
Do you host brunch or dinner on Easter Sunday? I always have my family over for an afternoon dinner but I love the idea of hosting brunch.
A few years ago we did brunch and dinner. I know a little crazy, but it was really nice. The brunch was only for our children, their spouses and my mom and I loved it.
I served a breakfast casserole, homemade cinnamon rolls, bacon and fresh fruit. Then later in the day we had the full family over for our traditional Easter dinner.
I would love to recreate that feeling of enjoying brunch with my kids, however, I just need to get them all home for the holiday one year!

Easter Brunch Ideas
Included in this list of Easter brunch ideas are pancakes, strawberry sweet rolls, baked eggs in a skillet and an asparagus tart. Asparagus is always the perfect vegetable to serve for Easter because it's in season; so you know they'll be tender.
If you're looking for a beverage to serve besides coffee and tea, try my Easter Brunch Punch or one of my Infused Water Recipes. They're all light and refreshing.

Fruit for Easter Brunch
Easter symbolizes the start of Spring and we need to add fruit to our brunch menus. You can do that in the way of a simple fruit salad or by adding a Pretty in Pink Fruit Pizza recipe to the menu.
Peach Iced Tea or Strawberry Lemonade are delicious ways as well.
