The start of the new week is always exciting. And what better way to start the week than with planning out what you're going to be making for dinner every night for your family. Even on your best day, getting dinner on the table can be a struggle. Let’s face it, we’re all busy. Especially if you still have children at home who are involved in after-school activities. Even though our kids are grown, I only have a limited amount of time some nights to get dinner prepared.
Low carb recipes are featured as part of our Weekly Meal Plan this week. Together with printable menus available for you to customize and help inspire your meal planning this week.
Low Carb Recipes
To begin with, I think you're going to really enjoy the cast iron roasted chicken breasts I've included. This is my favorite way to cook chicken and is a family favorite. Cheeseburger Salad has all the classic toppings of a hamburger in the salad!
Next up we have Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole which turns a classic recipe into an easy to prepare casserole. If you're stressed for time one night this week, you'll enjoy the Turkey BLT's, made without bread, of course, to keep in theme with our low carb recipes.
Lastly, we are featuring Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast.

If your family is like mine, they don't like having the same recipe over and over again. I think you're going to enjoy trying these low carb recipes this week.

Get the kids involved with the planning also! Have them pick a meal one night a week. And make sure they know they need to pick a healthy meal that includes vegetables. Make it fun for them!
