Now, you can enjoy this recipe for easy-to-make no-bake cereal bars! They're chewy and delicious, made with crispy cereal and fluffy marshmallows AND Lucky Charms Cereal!
Perfect for breakfast on the go, a lunchbox treat, or a sweet snack any time. Both kids and adults will love them!
How to make Lucky Charms Cereal Bars
To make Lucky Charms cereal bars, melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add mini marshmallows, and stir until smooth. Mix in Lucky Charms cereal until evenly coated, then press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
Let the cereal bars cool at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set, then cut into bars or squares with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy these homemade treats, perfect for a sweet snack or dessert!
How do you keep Rice Krispie treats from getting hard?
Don't overcook or over-stir the marshmallows and try not to press the mixture down too hard in the pan or you will compact the treats.
Should Rice Krispie Treats be refrigerated?

How to Store, Freeze and Thawing Tips
Pantry: Allow the Rice Krispie treats to cool completely at room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5 days...that's if they last that long.
Freezer: Flash freeze the bars by placing them on a baking sheet in the freezer and freeze them for about 1-2 hours, or until they are firm and solid. Once frozen, transfer to a freezer-safe container or resealable plastic bag. If stacking the treats in layers, place a sheet of parchment paper between each layer to prevent them from sticking together.
Thawing Tips: Allow the cereal bars to defrost overnight in the refrigerator before enjoying.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 - 12- ounce bag regular-sized marshmallows about 4 cups
Method
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick spray.
