  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

  6. Once there are no more lumps in the cream cheese mixture, add orange food coloring.
  7. Top with sprinkles and candy eyes.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until it is no longer jiggling in the center.
  9. Let the brownies cool completely in order to make clean cuts.
