Ingredients You’ll Need
Here’s a quick overview of the ingredients for this recipe. For exact amounts and an easy way to shop, use the Instacart button in the recipe card below to add everything to your cart.

Substitutions and Variations
Swap the dough: Use crescent roll sheet dough for an easy option with no seams to press together, or try puff pastry for a flakier, bakery-style texture.
Change the meat: Try sliced turkey, roast beef, chicken, or even thinly sliced pepperoni instead of ham.
Switch the cheese: Use cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, or whatever melting cheese you have on hand.
Change the spread: Swap regular mustard for honey mustard for a slightly sweeter flavor, or use all mayonnaise if you prefer it mild.
Switch the topping: If you don’t have Everything Bagel Seasoning, use sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic seasoning, or a light sprinkle of grated Parmesan before baking.

Insider Tips from My Kitchen to Yours
✔️ DO press the crescent roll seams together well before adding the filling so the pinwheels hold their shape while baking.
❌ DO NOT overfill with ham and cheese, as too much filling can cause the rolls to uncoil and leak while they bake.

Storage & Serving Tips
Refrigerate: Store baked pinwheels in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Let them cool completely before storing to prevent condensation and soggy bottoms.
Freezer: Freeze baked and cooled pinwheels in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 2 months. You can also freeze the uncooked rolled log, wrapped tightly, then slice and bake when ready.
Thaw and Reheat: Thaw frozen baked pinwheels overnight in the refrigerator. Reheat in the oven or air fryer until warmed through and lightly crisp.
Serving Tips: Serve warm for the best texture and flavor. Add a small bowl of honey mustard, Dijon, or ranch on the side for dipping if serving as an appetizer.
