No Bake Cheesecake Pie
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 8 or 9 inch prepared graham cracker or baked pie crust
- 1 21 ounce can cherry pie filling, chilled
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese and Cool Whip together.
- Add lemon juice and powdered sugar to the mixture.
- Continue to whip until creamy.
- Pour mixture into pie crust and spread it out evenly.
- Chill at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight.
- After chilling for several house, to with chilled pie filling.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Notes
- Instead of cherry, this pie can be topped with your favorite pie filling flavor.
- To help the cream cheese soften faster, cut it into smaller pieces.
