👩🍳Recipe Notes
- For a smooth and even crust, make sure to crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs. You can use a food processor or place the crackers in a bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
- For this recipe, I had a hard time finding chocolate graham crackers, so I reached for the next best thing...Chocolate Teddy Graham Crackers! They worked out great!
- Make sure the melted butter is mixed thoroughly with the crushed graham crackers. This will help bind the crust and prevent it from crumbling when sliced.
- I like to use a tamper tart tool to press the cracker crumbs firmly into the pie plate. But you can also use the back of a spoon or the bottom of a measuring cup. This will create a sturdy and nicely compacted crust.
- Chill the crust while you prepare the filling. That will help bind the crust as well.

🍶Storage Tips
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
❄️Freezing Tips
- I don't recommend freezing a pudding pie.
➡️Top Recipe Tip
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature so it whips up smoothly.
- Use the paddle attachment to begin with, but then switch to the whisk attachment when you add the pudding mix.
There's no need to since the graham crackers are already baked. It holds up well after simply chilling.
