Step 2: Next, place a layer of the crumb mixture in each paper-lined cavity of your muffin pan. Use a tart tamper to firmly press the crumbs into an even layer at the bottom of each liner.

Step 3: Begin by beating the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg with an electric mixer until the mixture is completely smooth. Divide this mixture evenly, spreading it into each paper liner.
Step 4: Next, microwave a scoop of Nutella in a microwave-safe bowl for 10 seconds to soften it. Finally, drop a small dollop of Nutella onto the center of each cheesecake and use a toothpick to create a decorative swirl.

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tablespoon butter melted
- 16 oz. cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large egg
- ½ cup Nutella Hazelnut Spread
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a muffin pan with paper liners and coat with cooking spray. Set aside
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix thoroughly and then press on a layer in each paper liner in your muffin pan.
- Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until smooth.
- Divide evenly and spread into each paper liner.
- Scoop your Nutella into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 10 seconds.
- Drop a small amount on the center of each cheesecake and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for about 25 minutes and allow to cool.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of two hours, peel off the paper liners and enjoy!
