No Bake Cheesecake Pudding Parfaits with Fresh Berries are the perfect no bake desserts with layers of delicious pudding and fresh berries topped with whipped cream. You can serve in pretty parfait glasses or use mason jars for a more casual setting.
Heading into the start of the summer with Memorial Day weekend I’m sharing with you today this really easy recipe for No Bake Cheesecake Pudding Parfaits with Fresh Berries. I especially chose to use blueberries and strawberries to give the dessert a patriotic theme, but your favorite fruit would work too.
No Bake Cheesecake Pudding Parfaits
This is another really easy no bake recipe. You can easily switch things up and use vanilla pudding if you can’t find cheesecake flavored pudding mix.
I also chose to use sugar free pudding mix but that’s easily switched out also.
I changed things up with this recipe and didn’t use my favorite mason jars like I did in my other No Bake Pudding Desserts that I shared a few years ago. I wanted a larger serving glass to fill up with all the delicious pudding and fruit, but you know I still think mason jars would work great too!
Easy No Bake Recipe
I love when a recipe can be prepared ahead of time. Another plus is that this is a no bake recipe.
Make sure you print out the recipe below and save it for later!
You can put the parfaits together earlier in the day and then right before serving top them with the whipped cream and a few extra blueberries.
Try to add a good amount of strawberries on the bottom of the glasses so you can get a good affect of the red color.
When adding the pudding, try to keep the pudding to one side so the strawberries can still be seen. You want to see the fruit so you get the red, white and blue colors this dessert is creating.
Now add the blueberries. I think you see the red, white and blue coming together, right?
Red, White and Blue Dessert
This dessert is perfect for the summer when we celebrate patriotism and our love for the red, white and blue!
How yummy does that look?
