Why Meal Planning Works
Meal planning doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, the more consistent and simple you make it, the easier it gets. Planning ahead helps you:
- Save time by cutting down on last-minute decisions
- Spend less at the grocery store because you’re shopping with a purpose
- Reduce food waste by using what you already have
- Avoid the takeout trap on busy nights
And best of all—it gives you peace of mind knowing that dinner is already decided.
Whether you follow this plan exactly or just use it as inspiration, I hope it helps bring a little more ease to your week.
