Recipe Notes
When melting the white chocolate, be sure to heat it in short intervals (about 30 seconds) and stir in between to prevent it from burning. If the chocolate seizes up, you can add a small amount of vegetable oil or coconut oil to help smooth it out.
I like to use a squeeze bottle or a piping bag, but if you don't have one on hand, you can use a plastic storage bag with the corner snipped off.
To create uniform Christmas tree shapes with the chocolate drizzle, move in a steady zigzag pattern from the top to the bottom of the pretzel rod, making the lines narrower at the top and wider as you go down.
