This recipe was inspired by my Cool Whip Frozen Graham Cracker Sandwiches that uses chocolate graham crackers.
Both recipes are the same, however, I felt the need to create a new recipe using traditional honey graham crackers.
For some people, it's been hard to find chocolate graham crackers. And even though I have a note in the older post that you can substitute honey graham crackers for the chocolate graham crackers, there was still confusion.

How much peanut butter do you add to the cool whip?
Lois says
This recipe doesn't call for peanut butter. But if you wanted to add peanut butter to Cool Whip before making the sandwiches you can. Add a tablespoon or two and stir. You may want to add more if it doesn't have enough peanut flavor. Thank you!
