For some people, it's been hard to find chocolate graham crackers. And even though I have a note in the older post that you can substitute honey graham crackers for the chocolate graham crackers, there was still confusion.

You could easily change this recipe and add sliced strawberries to the whipped topping.
Another way to make a delicious low calorie no bake dessert is to put a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a casserole dish followed by a layer of of the whpped topping.
Sort of like I do with my Chocolate Eclair Pudding Pie, only without the pudding mixed with the whipped topping. You could add sliced strawberries on top of the whipped topping layers.

How much peanut butter do you add to the cool whip?
Lois says
This recipe doesn't call for peanut butter. But if you wanted to add peanut butter to Cool Whip before making the sandwiches you can. Add a tablespoon or two and stir. You may want to add more if it doesn't have enough peanut flavor. Thank you!
