Top Tip
I like to use a tart tamper to press crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs into the bottom of a muffin pan for a firm, even crust. To keep it from sticking, I either lightly grease the tamper or dust it with powdered sugar.

To prevent cracks, avoid over mixing the batter, bake at a lower temperature, and cool gradually. Using a water bath can also help maintain moisture and prevent sudden temperature changes.
Classic graham cracker crusts are a popular choice, but you can also use crushed cookies like Oreos, vanilla wafers, or gingersnap cookies.
You can use silicone molds, mini springform pans, or even small ramekins to create individual portions. Just be sure to adjust baking times as needed.
It helps to use a silicone muffin pan, as the cheesecakes will pop out easily without sticking. If using paper muffin liners, spray them lightly with non-stick baking spray before adding the batter to ensure a clean release.
