My Best Tips for Assembling this No Bake Dessert
- You can prep the pudding and coconut grass a day ahead and store them separately in the fridge until ready to assemble.
- Make sure to use instant pudding mix, not cook-and-serve, so it thickens quickly without needing heat.
- Let the pudding sit in the fridge for 5–10 minutes after mixing so it’s thick enough to layer without running.
- Place the cookies in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin for quick and easy "dirt" topping.
- Serve in clear plastic or glass cups so the layers show through—perfect for Easter dessert tables.
