Cinnamon Rolls Recipe without Eggs
This cinnamon roll casserole recipe is made without eggs mixed in with the cut up canned cinnamon rolls.
Also, the addition of eggs would help bind the ingredients together and give the casserole a more custard-like consistency. Which would make it firmer and not as light and fluffy if you made it without the eggs.
If you're looking for a traditional baked casserole, try my Cinnamon Roll Casserole without Eggs.
