Baking Tip: When baking with cream cheese, it's always best to have it at room temperature. That way the cream cheese will blend easier when adding it to the pudding mix. Everything will be smooth and creamy!

If the pudding doesn't thicken, you can try to add another ½ packet of dry pudding mix to see if that helps. You may need to a full packet. Then refrigerate and that should thicken the pudding.
