We all love cheesecake but it is one of those easy dessert recipes that can be a bit time-consuming to prepare. I mean, the recipe my mother makes for family celebrations needs to "rest" in the oven with the door slightly ajar for an hour. And then it's best served the next day!
Who has time for that? Which is why I love Jello Cheesecake Pudding Recipes. Most of them are no-bake recipes and are delicious. Adding pudding mix to a cheesecake recipe helps the recipe set properly and fast.

Here are a few of my favorite kitchen tools that I use to make Jello cheesecake pudding recipes. Some are pretty basic tools, but a few really do make the job easier.
- Tart tamper
- Hand-held mixer or stand mixer
- Mason jars - I used 8 ounce sized jars for this recipe, but you could use larger ones or even do a combination of 8 ounce mason jars and 4 ounce mason jars if you're preparing for a large gathering.
Baking Tip: When baking with cream cheese, it's always best to have it at room temperature. That way the cream cheese will blend easier when adding it to the pudding mix. Everything will be smooth and creamy!
