Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Roll out each biscuit to create your pizza crust. You might need to sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board if you find the biscuit sticking.
Step 2: Use a heart cookie cutter to cut heart shapes out of each biscuit.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then place the heart shaped dough on top.
Step 4: Spread about a tablespoon of sauce onto each heart. Use either your favorite jar recipe or try my homemade tomato sauce.
Quick Tips
- Rolling the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface or on parchment paper can help prevent it from sticking to your cutting board or rolling pin.
- For an even crispier crust, lightly brush the biscuit dough with olive oil before adding the pizza sauce and toppings. This adds a subtle golden finish and extra flavor!
Step 5: Top each pizza with shredded mozzarella and Italian style cheese.
Step 6: Add the pepperonis on top of the cheese.
Baking Instructions
Step 7: Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese melted and the dough is golden brown.

Prep Ahead Tips
Cut out the heart shapes and assemble the pizzas ahead of time, then cover and refrigerate them until you’re ready to bake. This is a great option for parties or busy schedules.
Storage and Reheating Instructions
Refrigerate: Let the pizzas cool completely before placing them in an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Freezer: Lay them flat on a baking sheet to freeze individually, then transfer them to a freezer safe zip top bag or container. They’ll keep well in the freezer for up to 2 months.
Thaw and Reheat: Reheat refrigerated pizzas in the oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or in an air fryer to maintain the crispy crust. For frozen pizzas, thaw in the fridge overnight or bake straight from frozen at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
