Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Roll out each biscuit to create your pizza crust. You might need to sprinkle a little flour on the cutting board if you find the biscuit sticking.
Step 2: Use a heart cookie cutter to cut heart shapes out of each biscuit.
Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then place the heart shaped dough on top.
Step 4: Spread about a tablespoon of sauce onto each heart. Use either your favorite jar recipe or try my homemade tomato sauce.

Ingredients
- 1 (8 count) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Italian Style cheese
- 16-24 pepperonis
Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the refrigerated biscuits on a cutting board or clean surface. Use the heart cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes from each biscuit.
- Place the heart shaped biscuit pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each heart shaped biscuit.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Italian style cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add pepperonis on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dough is golden brown.
