Monkey bread is an easy recipe to make. You can make it sweet for dessert, or savory as a snack.

- Tube cake pan – better known as an angel food cake pan. I like this type of pan for this recipe because it makes it easier to remove the entire bread from the pan all at once. A bundt cake pan would work great as well. Whichever pan you use, make sure you spray it with non-stick cooking spray really well before you being layering the biscuits.
- Off=set spatula – to help you spread the butter on the biscuits pieces.

Ingredients:

- 2 cans Pillsbury Grands Biscuits
- Garlic Butter – use my homemade recipe!
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and spread each piece with the garlic butter.

Spray a cake pan or bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Begin layering the buttered biscuits on the bottom of the cake pan.
Add a layer of pepperoni and then a layer of mozzarella cheese followed by another layer of buttered biscuits, pepperoni and mozzarella cheese finishing up with a layer of biscuits.

Sprinkle the top of the biscuits with the grated Parmesan cheese.

Baking Instructions
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown.
Let cool for around 10 minutes before enjoying! Serve the marinara sauce on the side to dip the monkey bread in.

Pepperoni Mozzarella Monkey Bread is filled with pepperoni, garlic butter and cheese perfect for the weekend games or fun at home with the family!

- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
