Air Fryer Pizza Monkey Bread Recipe

Air Fryer Pizza Monkey Bread - the perfect appetizer made with refrigerator biscuits stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese and garlic butter. Baked in a cute bundt pan in the air fryer. Let me show you how to make another easy air fryer appetizer recipe that could also be served for an easy family dinner.

bundt size pizza monkey bread.

This air fryer pizza monkey bread recipe is very similar to my Pepperoni Mozzarella Monkey Bread but it's made the traditional way, in the oven.

I also used my Garlic Butter Recipe for this just like I did for my Garlic Parmesan Monkey Bread Recipe. This garlic butter recipe is delicious and as you can tell it's great for a number of different recipes.

I always keep a jar of the butter in my refrigerator just like I always keep a jar of my homemade marinara sauce in the refrigerator. You never know when you need a bowl to dip something yummy in!

Air Fryer Cooking Tips

I personally own the Hamilton Beach 2.6 Quart Air Fryer. It's a basket type air fryer and it works great for our family. I would like to upgrade to a tray style air fryer in the future.

  • Always preheat your air fryer.
  • Don't overcrowd the basket or tray.
  • If you're cooking French fries, chicken nuggets, tatertots, etc, shake the basket half-way through cooking to make sure nothing is sticking.
  • Also, about halfway through cooking, I like to spray the food with either non-stick cooking spray or cooking oil in an aerosol bottle.
