Let’s face it…sometimes it’s just too hot to tun on the oven to cook dinner. This week’s meal plan is featuring Easy No Cook Meals. Don’t forget, there are printable menus available for you to customize for your family’s dinner. AND if you want to turn on your oven this week, make sure you check out past Weekly Meal Plans that are available to you as well.

I grew up in a house that only had 2 air conditioning window units. One was in my parent’s bedroom and the other was in the living room.
My father kept the living room doors closed so the cool air only stayed in the living room. Which in turn meant the other rooms on the main floor were hot…including the kitchen.
That meant the kitchen was always hot in the summer. My mother tried her best to prepare meals without turning on the oven. Which led me to putting together this week’s meal plan. I know she would have appreciated having these five delicious Easy No Cook Meals!

What does “no cook” mean?
The five recipes featured in this week’s Easy No Cook Meals plan simply means they are NOT cooked in the oven. Don’t worry, they are warm meals! You won’t be eating sandwiches every night.
You just won’t be turning on the oven to bake any of the recipes. You’ll be able to prepare them all on your stove-top which will definitely keep your kitchen cool while you’re getting dinner on the table for your family.
