Recipe Tips That Worked for Me
- Use parchment paper. It prevents sticking and makes cleanup a breeze.
- After you flatten the biscuits, use your fingers to press the biscuits into uniform circles so they cook evenly and hold toppings better.
- Rotate the baking tray halfway through the cooking so they bake evenly, especially if your oven has hot spots.
- Set up a mini topping bar and let everyone build their own—great for kids or family fun!

Yes, using a pizza stone helps get a crispier, more evenly cooked bottom crust—especially helpful with biscuit dough, which can sometimes bake up soft in the center.
Yes! You can prep the biscuit dough and toppings ahead of time, then assemble and bake when you're ready. For best results, store the flattened biscuit rounds and toppings separately in the fridge, then build and bake just before serving.
How to Store, Freeze and Reheat
Refrigerate: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
Freezer: Let the mini pizzas cool completely, then wrap individually in aluminum foil and place in a freezer-safe bag or container. They’ll keep for up to 2 months.
Thaw and Reheat: Allow them to defrost in the refrigerator overnight. To keep the crust crisp, reheat in the oven, air fryer or toaster oven. Do not use the microwave as it can make it soft.

Grands Biscuits Pizza
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 16 ¼ ounce can refrigerated Grands biscuits
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 ¾ cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Open the can of Grands Biscuits and separate each one. Using a pastry roller, flatten each one into a circle; about 4-6 inches in diameter.
- Arrange the flattened biscuits onto a baking sheet pan that's been lined with parchment paper making sure you leave space between each one.
- Add about 1-2 tablespoons of the tomato sauce over each round, then sprinkle generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Top with the pepperoni slices, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easier cleanup and to prevent sticking.
- Flatten biscuits evenly to ensure a consistent bake and avoid doughy centers.
- Pre-bake the biscuit rounds for 3–4 minutes if you prefer a crispier crust.
- Avoid too much sauce—a light layer prevents soggy bottoms.
- Customize toppings with your favorites like sausage, veggies, or different cheeses.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days; reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
- Freeze for later: Cool completely, wrap tightly, and freeze for up to 2 months.
- Kid-friendly tip: Let kids build their own for a fun, interactive meal!
