Since school is starting soon, I thought it would be a good idea to feature Easy Freezer Meals for this week's meal plan.
If you're struggling with getting meals together and on the table every night, I suggest you take the time and plan out your meals. I find it easier to write out our meals using our Weekly Meal Planner. It helps keep me focused and plan ahead for busy nights.
Once you're selected your meals, pick a side dish to serve with the recipes listed below. Side dishes should include potatoes or rice along with one or two veggies. A tossed salad with homemade ranch salad dressing is always nice too.

Freezer Meal Plans for a Week
- Take some time to plan out your meals. This includes deciding on recipes, creating a shopping list, and organizing your cooking schedule.
- Properly labeling your freezer meals is crucial for easy identification and organization. Include the name of the dish, date of preparation, and any reheating instructions. This will save you time and confusion when selecting meals to thaw and serve for dinner.
- When ready to enjoy your freezer meals, transfer them from the freezer to the refrigerator to thaw overnight. Then you're all set to reheat the food for dinner the next day!

Meal Plan Week 2 - Easy Freezer Meals
Use frozen pizza dough to make the braid!
This convenient recipe for freezer-friendly mini meatloaves can be prepared using any lean ground meat and can be made in advance. It's a delicious option that both kids and adults will enjoy!
Served in Semi-Homemade Bread Bowls made from frozen bread dough. This soup freezes really great too, which makes it perfect for leftovers!
This sauce cooks all day in the crock pot and freezes great. I like to make a big batch and freezer in air-tight containers to pull out on busy nights.
You can prep this meal ahead of time by tossing the raw chicken with the barbecue sauce and then freezing in a freezer-safe bag. Then when you need an easy meal, pull the frozen marinated chicken out of the freezer in the morning to be ready for the grill by evening.
These healthy chicken fajitas are very easy to make, they’re full of flavors and have a great nutritional value.
