How to Meal Plan
Take a moment to sit down and carefully assess the upcoming week. Consider the various commitments and obligations you have, especially in relation to evening meals.
Will you be able to have dinner at home every night? If not, it might be wise to plan ahead and prepare a meal or two in advance, especially for those nights when you'll be arriving late from work.
When planning a one week meal plan for two, you might also want to make meals knowing you'll have leftovers. That way you can use the leftovers for another meal during the week. Or perhaps take the leftovers to work with you.
This Week's Meal Plan
📌Assign each day of the week a different category and then plan a meal according to that category.
Once you have your meal plan put together, choose a side dish to serve with the recipes listed above. Side dishes should include potatoes or rice along with one or two veggies. A tossed salad with homemade ranch salad dressing is always nice too.
