Step-by-Step Instructions
- Step 1: In the bottom of an 8X8 baking dish that's been sprayed with non-stick baking spray, add the cubed croissants. Mix in the berries and strawberries. Set aside while you prepare teh cream cheese mixture.


- Step 2: In the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and continue to mix until all is combined.

- Step 3: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and allow it to sit on the kitchen counter for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 4: Bake the casserole in a preheated 350°F covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for another 15 minutes or until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

- Step 5: Allow the casserole to cool slightly while you prepare the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the top of the casserole before serving.

- ½ cup blueberries
- 7 ounces cream cheese; softened
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Powdered Sugar Glaze Topping
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In the bottom of an 8X8 baking dish that’s been sprayed with non-stick baking spray, add the cubed croissants, strawberries and blueberries.
- In the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and continue to mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the croissants and fruit.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator the next morning and allow it to sit on the kitchen counter for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the casserole covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
- Uncover the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly while you prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar with the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of the casserole before serving.
Notes
You can also dust the casserole with extra powdered sugar if desired.
