Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1| Combine the Ingredients
- In the bottom of an 8X8 baking dish that's been sprayed with non-stick baking spray, add the cubed croissants.
- Mix in the berries and strawberries. Set aside while you prepare teh cream cheese mixture.
Step 2 | Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture
- In the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract and continue to mix until all is combined.
Step 3 | Baking Instructions
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the croissants and berries.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and allow it to sit on the kitchen counter for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake the casserole in a preheated 350°F covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and continue to bake for another 15 minutes or until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 4 | Add the Glaze
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly while you prepare the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of the casserole before serving.

- Not a fan of blueberries? Swap them out for blackberries or raspberries. Use your favorite fruit combination.

- 4 large bakery croissants; cubed
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- 7 ounces cream cheese; softened
- 1 cup whole milk
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Powdered Sugar Glaze Topping
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In the bottom of an 8X8 baking dish that’s been sprayed with non-stick baking spray, add the cubed croissants, strawberries and blueberries.
- In the bowl of a KitchenAid mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

- Pour the mixture over the croissants and fruit.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator the next morning and allow it to sit on the kitchen counter for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the casserole covered with aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
- Uncover the casserole and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly while you prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar with the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Drizzle the glaze over the top of the casserole before serving.
Notes
You can also dust the casserole with extra powdered sugar if desired.
