Recipe Notes
Need a shortcut? You can use a store bought graham cracker crust instead of making your own.
If you want the pie to be brighter yellow, you can add a bit of food coloring.
Garnish the pie with fresh lemon zest and slices to showcase the flavor of the pie.
Can I double this recipe?
Yes! If fact, it's a great idea so you can use the whole can of frozen lemonade concentrate and not have half a can leftover. The pie freezes well for about a month, so you'll have a dessert ready to go for another day!
Should the lemonade concentrate be thawed?
It'll be easier to incorporate into the other ingredients if the concentrate is thawed.

This is an overview of the ingredients and instructions. Be sure to see the recipe card below for exact quantities, detailed instructions and special notes.
Substitutions and Variations
You can make the crust from crushed vanilla wafers or golden Oreos.
Or you could use a pre-made graham cracker crust.
For a different flavor, try other frozen concentrates like limeade, pink lemonade, or even orange for an orange creamsicle flavor.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Make graham cracker crumbs by crushing the crackers in a zip top bag or a food processor.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, toss together the crumbs and brown sugar. Add the melted butter and cinnamon, mixing until crumbly.
Step 3: Press the crumbs into a pie plate. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
Step 4: Mix the whipped topping, ice cream, frozen concentrate together. Then add in the vanilla extract, and extract.
Step 5: Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust. Freeze until set for about 4-6 hours.
Quick Tip
Make sure the ice cream is a little thawed so it's soft enough to mix in.
Step 6: Garnish with whipped topping, fresh lemon slices, and zest if desired.
