This spinach, cheese, and bacon quiche recipe holds a special place in my heart. It's been my go-to for almost as long as I've been married!
I discovered it in a cookbook my husband gifted me way back in 1992, and it's been a family favorite ever since. Trust me, this recipe is a keeper – it always comes out perfectly and everyone loves it!

Spinach Bacon Quiche Frozen Pie Crust
Feel free to use your favorite homemade pie crust for this quiche! (I actually use the same recipe for my chicken pot pie!) But honestly, a store-bought crust works perfectly with this recipe.
I used a frozen pie crust that came in an aluminum pie plate. To upgrade the presentation, carefully remove the crust from the aluminum pan and place it into a ceramic quiche or pie dish.
Let it sit for a few minutes to soften slightly if needed, then proceed with the recipe as directed.
You really can't tell the difference, and it makes this recipe so much easier.

Step 2: Roll out the pie crust dough on a lightly floured surface until it's about 12 inches in diameter. Carefully transfer it to a 9-inch pie plate, gently pressing it into the bottom and up the sides. Pour the quiche mixture into the prepared pie crust.

Baking Instructions
Step 3: Bake the quiche in a preheated 375°F oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. The quiche should be beautifully golden brown and the center should be just set. Let it cool slightly before serving.
