Tips for Setting up a Breakfast Buffet
When serving brunch to a group of people, you should definitely consider serving the food buffet style. This will help you not have to be constantly waiting on people and allowing you to enjoy the festivities.
When serving buffet style meals, I like to set the food up in my kitchen. Line up the food on the table and have the plates, utensils and napkins on one end so people can easily help and serve themselves.
Remember the reason your family and friends are coming over...to spend time with you! Yes, you want to serve delicious food and have a beautiful table setting, but remember to relax and enjoy your guests.
Try not to get so caught up in making everything perfect that you forget to have fun!
Hot and Cold Easter Drinks
Plan to have coffee and beverages set up in a different area away from the hot food. That way you don't have people juggling plates and drinks at the same time.
They can help themselves to the food and then stop over at the beverage station and pour a glass of Easter Brunch Punch, Lime Water Recipe or a cup of hot coffee.
Top Tip
Try freezing grapes the night before to use as ice for the cold beverages. You can also freeze lemon and lime slices in ice cube trays filled with pineapple juice, orange juice or plain water.
