Step-by-Step Instructions
- Step 1: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the chives and garlic powder and mix until well combined.

- Step 2: Lay out 24 wonton wrappers on parchment paper. Add a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture to the center of the wrapper.
- Step 3: Use a silicone brush or your finger to brush water around the edges of the wrapper.


- Step 4: Gather the four corners together and press to seal.
- Step 5: Place your bundles on a baking sheet until you have a batch ready to go in the air fryer.

Air Fryer Cream Cheese Wontons

"Fried" to perfection, these Air Fryer Cream Cheese Wontons are a crispy, creamy guilt-free snack you won't be able to resist!
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 to 4 tablespoons chopped chives
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 24 wonton wrappers
- water; a few tablespoons to use for sealing the wontons
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in the chopped chives and garlic powder. Mix until combined and creamy.
- Lay 24 wonton wrappers out on a piece of parchment paper.
- Spread about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of the wonton wrapper.
- Using a silicone brush, brush a layer of water around all the edges of the wonton wrapper.
- Bring all four corners of the wrappers together and press to seal completely.
- Place the "bundle" on a parchment lined baking sheet until you have a bunch ready to go into the air fryer.
- Place the wontons in the air fryer. Spray them with the nonstick cooking spray. Close the basket and set the air fryer 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes. Check after 6 minutes to see if you may need to spray the wontons again with the nonstick cooking spray.
- Once they are done, remove from the air fryer using tongs and set aside to cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
- Be careful, the cream cheese mixture will be hot.
- Serve with hot mustard or sweet chili dipping sauce.
