Chicken Air Fryer Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 golden potatoes chopped in 1 inch cubes
- ½ yellow onion chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 halved chicken
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Add the potatoes and carrots to a large mixing bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of oil and half of the spices. Mix to fully coat.
- Add the half chicken and use the remaining oil and spices to coat.
- Let both the vegetables and chicken sit for 5 minutes until the air fryer is preheated.
- Add the vegetables to the basket of the air fryer first and then place the chicken on top with the breast-side down.
- Cook for 15 minutes and then flip the chicken over and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
