Mini Pecan Tartlets

Mini Pecan Tartlets are easy to make and have way less calories than a slice of traditional pecan pie.

Every now and then you need a recipe that’s not so fattening but still has great taste.  These Mini Pecan Pie Tartlets are just that recipe.  And they’re incredibly easy to make.  And they only take about 30 minutes from start to finish.

You won’t miss the calories or the fat with this recipe.  Seriously, they taste just like regular pecan pie!  And with only 68 calories per tart, you’ll be happy you made them instead of a traditional pecan pie recipe for your family, but if you’re looking for a traditional pecan pie recipe, make sure you check out that recipe HERE.

Let’s take advice from Erma Bombeck and enjoy dessert this weekend…but let’s still watch how many calories are in the recipe, right?  These are so delicious and taste just like pecan pie, only not as sweet. And that’s a GOOD thing.

“Seize the moment.
Remember all those women on the Titanic
who waved off the dessert cart.”
-Erma Bombeck
