Step 5: How to Frost the Cookies
- Once the red velvet sandwich cookies are cooked and cooled, pipe the frosting onto one cookie and top with another cookie.

💭Storage Tips
- To store any leftover red velvet sandwich cookies and make sure they stay moist, store them in an air tight container.
- You can stack them on top of each other, just make sure you use either waxed or parchment paper in between the layers so they don't stick together.
- Since these are made with homemade cream cheese frosting, store the container in the refrigerator.

Air-Tight Storage Containers: these air-tight storage containers that help keep food fresh for longer. Use them to store fresh baked goods, cookies, fruit and vegetables, left overs, and more. 💭Top Recipe Tip
