Storage Tips
Homemade Italian salad dressing is a versatile and flavorful addition to any meal. But how do you store it so it stays fresh and delicious? Here are a few tips:
- Keep it in a cool, dark place. A refrigerator is ideal, but a pantry will do in a pinch.
- Make sure the container is airtight. This will keep the dressing from going bad too quickly.
- Use it within a week or two for optimal flavor. After that, it'll still be edible, but the taste may suffer.
When you're ready to use the dressing, give it a good shake or stir to recombine the ingredients.
