Air Fryer Chicken and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4-6 small potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons all purpose seasoning such as Season All
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Tony Chachere Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all of the seasonings together in a bowl and set aside.
- Chop the potatoes into bite sized pieces*
- Add potatoes to a bowl of water to prevent oxidation.
- Next chop the chicken into slightly larger bite sized pieces. Add to a separate bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil on both chicken and potatoes.
- Add half the seasoning to the potatoes and the other half to the chicken.
- Mix well, coating all the pieces.
- Spray foil with non stick spray before adding the potatoes then the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
- Fold the foil like a tent to keep the hot air inside the foil to cook the food.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove, serve, and enjoy!
