I’ve been looking for recipes for pizza or “like pizza“ recipes & found yours. I have all the ingredients, except my biscuits are the Grands flaky layers. You mention not to use these. What is the reason for that? That’s what I have.
Thank you
Lois says
When I originally made this recipe I found that the flaky layers would come apart when I cut the biscuits up and didn't maintain a shape. That's why I recommend using regular Grands biscuits. If all you have on hand is the flaky layer kind, it will be okay. The taste will still be delicious! Thank you for visiting.

Was wondering what size baking dish you used. Looks like from your photos that it may be a 9x9 dish.
Lois says
I used an 8X8 baking dish. Thank you for visiting!
