Here's a rundown of how to cook chicken cutlets, whether you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal or want to dress them up for a special occasion:

• If you're preparing fried chicken cutlets, start by seasoning the meat with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices. Then, heat some oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chicken cutlets and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
• For crispy Italian chicken cutlets, start by seasoning the meat as above. Next, set up a dredging station with some flour, eggs, and bread crumbs. 🥘Main Ingredients Needed

💡Baking Tip: Miracle Whip Salad Dressing is not the same as mayonnaise. There are extra sweeteners and spices added to Miracle Whip that will change the taste of this recipe. For this recipe I used traditional Hellman's Mayonnaise.

🔪Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 | Prepare the Chicken

• Pour breadcrumbs into a shallow dish and set aside.
• Pat chicken dry with a paper towel.
• Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 2 | Coat the Chicken

• Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of the chicken breasts.
• Place each chicken breast one at a time in the breadcrumbs, then spread mayonnaise on the top side. Flip over and coat the other side of the chicken breast with breadcrumbs.
• Repeat the process with the rest of the chicken.

Step 3 | Baking Instructions

• Place the chicken breasts in a casserole dish that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
• Bake the chicken in a preheated 385°F oven for 20 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
