Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Crescents

Ingredients
- 1 8 count can crescent rolls
- 8 tablespoons peanut butter
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips divided
- ¼ cup powdered sugar optional
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Unroll and separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each triangle.
- Sprinkle ½ tablespoon of mini chocolate chips on top of the peanut butter.
- Starting at the larger end, roll the crescents up and place on a baking sheet prepared with baking spray.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
- Melt the remaining chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the crescents.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

- For easier rolling, keep the crescent dough slightly chilled until you’re ready to assemble.
- Seal the edges tightly to help keep the filling from leaking out while baking.
