This air fryer pizza monkey bread recipe is very similar to my Pepperoni Mozzarella Monkey Bread but it's made the traditional way, in the oven.
Another fun refrigerated biscuit dough recipe kids will love would be air fryer pizza pockets. You could use pizza dough or even biscuit dough to create the hand-held pockets.

Air Fryer Cooking Tips
I personally own the Hamilton Beach 2.6 Quart Air Fryer. It's a basket type air fryer and it works great for our family. I would like to upgrade to a tray style air fryer in the future.
- Always preheat your air fryer.
- Don't overcrowd the basket or tray.
- If you're cooking French fries, chicken nuggets, tatertots, etc, shake the basket half-way through cooking to make sure nothing is sticking.
- Also, about halfway through cooking, I like to spray the food with either non-stick cooking spray or cooking oil in an aerosol bottle.

Step-by-Step Directions
Step 1: Combine the ingredients for the garlic butter in a microwave safe bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave to melt.
Step 2: Open the cans of biscuits and separate them. Then slice each biscuit into four pieces. Add the biscuits to the bowl with the garlic butter and then toss to combine.
Step 3: Spray the bundt pan with non-stick baking spray. Begin layering the biscuit pieces, then the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese. Keep layering until there is no more.
Air Frying Baking Instructions
Step 4: Place the pan in the air fryer basket and cook on 350° F for 7 minutes. Remove the pan from the air fryer basket and flip it over onto a piece of aluminum foil.
Step 5: Place the pan, top down, back into the air fryer basket and cook for an additional 8 minutes. This will make sure the whole loaf is cooked through.
Serving Tips
Remove the air fryer pizza monkey bread and let cool for a few minutes before removing from pan.
Serve with warm homemade marinara sauce or your favorite jar sauce.

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
