The pull apart pizza bread is cooked in small ramekins that fit in the air fryer. If you don't have any ramekins on hand, you can use any small oven safe dish that fits in your air fryer like silicone muffin cups, oven safe glass or ceramic mugs, or shape aluminum foil into small cups or use pre-made disposable aluminum baking cups.

Substitutions and Variations
You can substitute the refrigerated biscuit dough for homemade pizza dough.
If you don't have mini pepperoni, cut regular sized pepperoni into pieces. I like to use these small biscuit cutters.
Add your favorite toppings to the inside of each dough ball like cooked sausage, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, or onions to customize your pizza bread. Just be sure to not overfill!
Use shredded cheese instead of string cheese.
Add some red pepper flakes to the butter mixture for a little heat.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll each quarter out into roughly a square shape.
Step 2: Place the mini pepperonis and a piece of the string cheese onto a biscuit quarter. Pull the edges of the dough up around the filling to fully cover it and create a ball of dough.
Quick Tip
Ensure you tightly seal the biscuit dough to prevent the cheese from leaking out during cooking.
Step 3: Melt the butter with the Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
Step 4: Toss each ball of dough in the butter mixture.
Air Frying Instructions
Step 5: Add the balls of dough to ramekins and place inside the air fryer.
Step 6: Cook at 370°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Thaw and Reheat: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Reheat in the air fryer or oven until warmed through.
Top Recipe Tip
