You’ll have cookies fresh from the oven in under 30 minutes using one of these four easy boxed cake mix cookie recipes featured today!
- 1 box cake mix
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- Add one of the following depending on which cookie you are making:
- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 box Spice Cake Mix
- ½ cup pumpkin pie filling
- 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
- ½ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups chopped coarsely
- 1 box White Cake Mix
- ½ cup M&Ms
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the dry cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs
Add either the white chocolate chips, pumpkin spice filling, peanut butter cups or M&M's.
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop scoops of dough on the prepared baking sheet, at least 2 inches apart.
Bake about 10-12 minutes, or until set in the middle.
Cool 2 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely or until just slightly warm. Enjoy!
